I am confused and do not know what to order ?

Many people are looking for a cheap way to solve their alopecia and frankly there isn't one. When developing Calosol we always looked at the safest and fastest way to reverse alopecia - never the cheapest. However there are a few short cuts that you can use to keep the cost down. The first is to obtain the correct products for your particular degree of hair loss to bring about the fastest resolution to the problem.

The faster you reverse the problem, the lower your total cost. This is because unlike many treatments, you can cease using Calosol once you have re grown your hair. However you need to keep going until it is all back - as this tells us that the immune imbalance has been corrected. Too many customers stop 75- 80% of the way through their treatment and find that the problem soon snaps back again. Only when a complete reversal has been achieved should you stop Calosol.

The 4H solution is the main part of this pack and should be used at least twice per day. If you can increase that to three or more applications per day, you will obtain faster results. There is another way that you can keep the costs down. Patches above the ears and nape of the neck are usually slower to respond than patches on the top of the scalp. If you apply more solution to the "easier" spots you will fill them in much faster and cosmetically it is easier to cover patches above the nape of the neck or above the ears with your other hair. Within time they fill in too.

Can I take just the Calosol 4H solution?

Yes is the very short answer and it will bring benefits on its own. However the other products have special functions: The Calosol Oil deals with the inflammation that is associated with alopecia. When the immune system continually attacks the follicle, there is localised inflammation. The shampoo isn't a regular shampoo. Apart from its job of cleansing and preparing the scalp for the 4H solution it also contains a number of important ingredients.

I have a very large patch / many patches on my scalp.

The adult treatment pack contains three products: The Calosol 4H Solution, Calosol Oil, Calosol Shampoo. "Shampoo" is probably a misleading name for it. Technically it cleans and prepares the scalp for the other Calosol products.

Initially we suggest that you start off with the treatment pack, gauge how long each part lasts you and then order the component parts separately. Alternatively you may purchase a mixed combination pack, consisting of 3 x 4H solution, 1 x Calosol Oil and 2 x shampoo. Experience has taught us that this is the prefered pack of those with little or no scalp hair. The 4H Solution is used two to four times per day for best results.
