Shipping
We aim to despatch all goods within 2 working days of receiving an order. Accordingly we carry sufficient stock levels to accommodate this. In the unlikely event that we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you by email.
Goods are shipped from our warehouse in either the UK or USA . It follows that it may take the postal system a little longer to deliver your goods to you if you live outside these regions.
We ship all goods by first class or priority mail. You can request that goods be delivered by courier and ask for a quote for that service.
All goods are shipped in plain packaging and have attached / enclosed a summary of your purchase.
Credit card ordering
We use the highest level of security to protect your purchase over the internet. Your card details are processed by well known and trusted payment gateways like SagePay or Paypal. We do not hold any card details on our server for security reasons.
If your card is declined by your provider, we are not normally told the reason. We will endeavour to contact you and that is why it is crucial that you give us a valid email address and telephone number.
Security
We work with independant security experts to ensure that our site is PCI compliant. This entails ongoing testing of our computer system to ensure that credit card transactions always remain safe.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that all companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.

We accept cheques made payable as follows:

Pounds Sterling payable to Caloderm Ltd.

We accept postal orders that are in Pounds Sterling.

Cash Payment
We discourage customers from paying by cash, as we have no way of tracking it should an order go astray in the post.
Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to refund you within 30 days of your purchase.
We do not refund any postage and packing charge made - the cost of which is clearly shown when you make your order.
So that we can handle returns efficiently, we request that you email us at info@calosol.com requesting a returns authorisation number. If you place that number clearly on your goods and return them to:

If you paid by card, we usually refund the card that made the purchase. Occasionally the card can be out of date and therefore we reserve the right to refund by cheque.
Future purchases
If you have returned Calosol to us for a refund, we reserve the right to refuse to sell you other Calosol products again in the future.
Confidentiality
We do not allow any of your details to be used by any third party.
Money Back Guarantee
We do not offer a money back gaurantee other than the ability to return goods to us within thirty days of your purchase if you do not feel they are suitable.
